Our experience within the industry is vast and enables us to offer you the following services:

Brief

New or existing stand reinstall for Exhibition event.

From meeting with you we can obtain a clear framework of what you are trying to achieve within the space you have booked. Our team walks you through all the processes to make sure every detail is to your specification.

Design

We supply full rendered emailable design presentations to give you a clear picture of what you are getting.

Project budgeting

Our costing estimators will provide a clear and fixed price costing on your project with items broken into separate areas so you can see what each area is costing you. If you need to make changes to suit your budget you can add/subtract items as you wish.

Exhibition preparation services

Once you have signed off on your new trade display or reinstall of existing display, our team compiles a comprehensive packing list to ensure all items are accounted for. From there our stores team gets all components packed and ready for freighting to site.

Exhibition freight services

We use only specialised Exhibition freight forwarders so you can be guaranteed that your display will arrive on time and without damage. Our team then moves your display via forklift to your stand space within the expo. If your crates need to be stored during an event we can organise this for you.

Installation team

Our production managers along with the required number of our Exhibition site crew will build your stand on your space. The team has been involved with your stand from the initial design/costing process so they know and understand how important every aspect of the trade stand is to you.

Lighting and Audio Visual equipment

If you need extra equipment like strong lighting, plasma LCD screen hire, dvd, computer cabling etc we have all of the equipment in-house. Our production team will install this into your stand giving you a one stop shop solution for all your exhibition needs.

Cleaning Services and Handover

We complete a full clean of the stand prior to handing over to your company. Our production manager will meet you at a desired time at the stand space to go over important items of your stand. Things like supplying a full set of keys to your stand and making sure you are happy with all aspects of the stand. It is at this time repositioning of small items like furniture brochure racks etc, can be made.

On call service

During your event from time to time there may be issues that you require assistance with. We will be able to take your call from 7.00am—7.00pm 7 days a week, to deal with any issues that may arise whilst the show is in progress. You will be supplied with a site contact number which is usually one of the site production managers that installed your stand, and they will be available to deal with your requests.

Dismantle services

The same professional team will dismantle your stand after the event has closed. It is carefully packaged back into crates and if a custom stand returned to our Bulk Storage facility for warehousing, or if it is a hired stand, back into stock for hire in your next event.

Event follow up

Once the exhibition is all over and the dust has settled our Sales team will follow up with an email/call to ensure you were happy with all aspects of our service. We find this very useful and rewarding for our team to hear your feedback.
